    — For developers · MCP server

Query this atlas from your AI agent.

The atlas is exposed as an MCP server — point Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client at one endpoint and let it resolve addresses, geocode counties, and pull the right REST URL. Six tools, no API key, public read-only.

    — Want to know when new counties get added?

Email me when the atlas grows.

One email when a new state or batch of counties lands. About 1-2 a month.

    — 01 / How it works

From a county name to a working query in two clicks.

    1. Pick your state, then your county. Each county page shows the REST URL, supported search fields (APN, address, owner name), and a sample query.
    2. Copy the URL or click Open in Parcel Lookup. The lookup tool loads the layer, auto-detects fields, and lets you search.
    3. Use the result with Radius Notice to generate a buffered owner mailing list, or CSV → Avery 5160 to print labels.
    — 02 / Don't see your county?

The atlas is seeded with hand-verified entries and grows by submission. If you know your county's parcel REST URL — or if a listed entry has moved — tell us. We verify and add new counties weekly.
