Jefferson County (Denver's west-side suburbs, Lakewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Evergreen, Golden; pop. 582,000, county seat Golden) is a mixed urban-mountain county extending from the Denver metro edge into the foothills and lower Rockies. Like all Colorado counties, it uses the Colorado Governor's OIT statewide composite endpoint, query by countyName='Jefferson' or countyFips='059' (3-digit county portion; full 5-digit is '08059'). Owner query confirmed live: returns real Jefferson County results (e.g., 'SMITH STEVEN W' at '7347 W FREMONT DR LITTLETON'). The composite layer exposes parcel_id, owner/owner2 (owner name fields), ownerAdd/ownAddCty/ownAddStt/ownAddZip (owner mailing address), situsAdd/sitAddCty/sitAddZip (situs address), legalDesc, landSqft/landAcres, zoningCode/zoningDesc, landUseCde/landUseDsc, saleDate/salePrice, apprValTot/asedValTot, and dateReceived. Use it for owner-name lookups and address-based parcel searches. 6 of 13 listed fields accept queries; the rest are returned on read but not indexed for search. Served as an ArcGIS FeatureServer layer, so edits and applyEdits operations are technically exposed (read access only is published here); last verified 2026-05-15.
