The MCAtlas_Property_Points FeatureServer on mcmaps.org (mcmaps.org/server11) is the county's ArcGIS Server backing the MCAtlas web viewer; it exposes 97 fields as point geometry. Live query confirmed 351,703 parcels. Owner-name search uses UPPER() LIKE on OWNERS_NAME. Key fields: TAX_NO (Maryland 8-digit tax account number), OWNERS_NAME, OWNERS_NAME2, OWNERS_ADDR1/ADDR2/ADDR3, OWNERS_CITY/STATE/ZIP (full mailing address), PREMISE_ADDR_HOUSENO/STREET/STREET_TYPE/CITY/ZIP (situs address components), LAND_ASSMT, IMPROV_ASSMT, LEGAL_DESC, TRANSFER_DATE, SALES_PRICE, YEAR_BUILT, LANDUSE_CODE. The county uses Maryland SDAT (State Department of Assessments and Taxation) as the authoritative property record; mcmaps.org mirrors a subset of that data. Note: property points are centroid-located, not parcel polygons.
