Jackson County MO (Kansas City metro; county seat Kansas City; FIPS 29095; pop. 715,000, largest county in MO) provides parcel data via gis.mijackson.org. The RealEstate/RealEstateParcels/FeatureServer/0 layer exposes 20 fields: PIN (parcel ID), LIBERPAGE, O_CITY, OWNER, OWNER2, O_STATE, O_ADDRESS, O_ZIP, P_CITY, P_FULLADD, P_STATE, P_ZIP, P_STATUS, P_ACREAGE, P_ASSMBOR1-4, P_HPERCENT. Owner search via UPPER(OWNER) LIKE works well. Verified 2026-06-20: SMITH returns Kansas City-area addresses. Jackson County MO includes Kansas City proper and inner suburbs (Independence, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs). Do not confuse with Jackson County in other states. The GIS portal is at gis.mijackson.org.

One county uses APN, another uses PIN, a third uses PARCEL_ID. Some expose owner names; others keep them on a separate assessor's portal.
