Cumberland County (Fayetteville, pop. 335,000; includes Fort Liberty, formerly Fort Bragg) is served via the NC1Map statewide parcel aggregation (services.gis.nc.gov). Filter by cntyfips='051'. The NC1Map field schema applies: ownname/ownname2, siteadd/scity/szip, mailadd/mcity/mstate/mzip, parval, landval, improvval, parusecode/parusedesc, saledate, and legdecfull. Cumberland's parcel inventory includes the substantial federal footprint of Fort Liberty; military installation parcels typically appear with US Government as owner and may carry limited attribute data. The county seat Fayetteville and surrounding municipalities like Spring Lake and Hope Mills are fully covered. Quarterly update cycle from county to GICC applies. For current ownership, the Cumberland County Tax Administration portal at co.cumberland.nc.us handles property search by owner, address, and parcel ID. Cumberland County also maintains an open data portal at opendata.co.cumberland.nc.us with downloadable parcel layers.

Use it for owner-name lookups and address-based parcel searches. 4 of 6 listed fields accept queries; the rest are returned on read but not indexed for search. services.nconemap.gov serves Cumberland County, North Carolina parcels over public ArcGIS REST, but, like most county servers, it may not send the CORS headers a browser needs for a cross-origin fetch.
