Owner name confirmed live: OWNNAME field returns real owner names (e.g., 'SMITH, BENJAMIN C 25%...'). MIGRATED 2026-06-06: lcmaps.lanecounty.org was retired (HTTP 500). The service moved to lcgispubags.lanecountyor.gov LaneCountyMaps/AddressParcel/MapServer/2 over HTTPS (159,028 parcels; OWNNAME search re-verified live). Situs and market-value columns from the old layer are not yet confirmed on the new one. searchFields trimmed to confirmed columns. RLID is the Regional Land Information Database identifier. Real Market Value fields are available (RMVLND, RMVIMP, RMVTOTAL). maxRecordCount=1000. Capabilities: Map, Query, Data. Lane County's Parcels layer exposes owner names (Owner Name, Owner Address Line 1, Owner Address Line 2, Owner Address Line 3). Use it for owner-name lookups. 6 of 9 listed fields accept queries; the rest are returned on read but not indexed for search. Served as an ArcGIS MapServer layer, which supports query operations but not write operations; last verified 2026-09-02.

One county uses APN, another uses PIN, a third uses PARCEL_ID. Some expose owner names; others keep them on a separate assessor's portal. The searchable fields list above reflects what Lane County actually publishes, not what you might expect from a national standard (there isn't one).

lcgispubags.lanecountyor.gov serves Lane County, Oregon parcels over public ArcGIS REST, but, like most county servers, it may not send the CORS headers a browser needs for a cross-origin fetch. If a direct browser call fails, the layer still works from curl, Postman, or a server-side script; the UrbanKit parcel lookup tool proxies the request, so a search that succeeds there confirms the layer is genuinely public.
