Utah County (pop. 660,000, county seat Provo) is the second-most populous Utah county and should not be confused with the state of Utah itself. It contains Provo, Orem, American Fork, Springville, Spanish Fork, Payson, and the Brigham Young University campus. This layer follows the same UGRC LIR schema as all Utah county LIR layers (established under HB113, 2005). 29 fields confirmed: same structure as Salt Lake and Davis LIR layers, PARCEL_ID (14-digit serial number), PARCEL_ADD, PARCEL_CITY, CURRENT_ASOF (data currency date), TOTAL_MKT_VALUE, LAND_MKT_VALUE, PARCEL_ACRES, PROP_CLASS, PRIMARY_RES, HOUSE_CNT, SUBDIV_NAME, BLDG_SQFT, FLOORS_CNT, BUILT_YR, EFFBUILT_YR, CONST_MATERIAL, TAX_DISTRICT, TAXEXEMPT_TYPE, and boundary/source metadata fields. Owner name is NOT included. This is an intentional exclusion across all UGRC LIR layers, not a per-county decision. For ownership data, use the Utah County Assessor's property search at assessor.utahcounty.gov. Endpoint hosted on ArcGIS Online (services1.arcgis.com/99lidPhWCzftIe9K). Utah County's Parcels_Utah_LIR layer exposes a parcel identifier (Parcel ID (Serial Number)) and address fields (Parcel Address). Use it for address-to-PIN lookups and identifier queries. 4 of 12 listed fields accept queries; the rest are returned on read but not indexed for search. Served as an ArcGIS FeatureServer layer, so edits and applyEdits operations are technically exposed (read access only is published here); last verified 2026-05-15.

One county uses APN, another uses PIN, a third uses PARCEL_ID. Some expose owner names; others keep them on a separate assessor's portal. The searchable fields list above reflects what Utah County actually publishes, not what you might expect from a national standard (there isn't one).

services1.arcgis.com serves Utah County, Utah parcels over public ArcGIS REST, but, like most county servers, it may not send the CORS headers a browser needs for a cross-origin fetch. If a direct browser call fails, the layer still works from curl, Postman, or a server-side script; the UrbanKit parcel lookup tool proxies the request, so a search that succeeds there confirms the layer is genuinely public.

Utah County's layer is hosted on Esri ArcGIS Online. Public ArcGIS endpoints rarely rate-limit individual reads, but services1.arcgis.com can throttle heavy automated traffic at the host level. Page through results with resultOffset / resultRecordCount and request only the fields you need. There's no API key and no charge from the county.
