Coming soonA zoning case is a request to change a property's zoning (its allowed use, height, or density) or to amend an adopted neighborhood plan. Each one runs through staff review, public notice, and hearings before a planning commission and city council. The cities here publish that docket as open data; this tool reads it directly so you can find the cases on a given street and follow where they stand.
It's a monitoring tool: open it again as a project moves, or check a block before you buy, build, or testify. Commercial zoning-watch services charge a monthly fee for the same public records. Each city page opens on the most recent active cases and lets you filter by status.
